Key Responsibilities

  • •BOM Creation / Maintenance: Oversee and manage the creation and maintenance of all new and existing Bill of Materials for the manufacturing plants.
  • •SKU Analysis: Analyze SKUs manufactured at multiple plants to identify lowest cost producer and work with scheduling team to schedule appropriately.
  • •Process Improvement & System Support: Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to financial processes and data collection; act as SME for ERP (e.g., SAP) and planning systems, assisting with data validation and user training.
  • •Budgeting: Work with plant finance to ensure all production BOMs are correct and up to date to prepare standard cost rolls.
  • •Cost Accounting and Analysis: Manage and update standard costs for all components and finished goods, performing regular variance analysis and providing explanations to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Scientist, Data Engineering or a related field;
  • •3+ years of relevant experience;
  • •Proficient with software such as Excel (Power Pivot), Snowflake, PowerBi and ability to work with heavy data set to create, modify and ensure accuracy of complex spreadsheets;
  • •Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is considered a plus;
  • •Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail; excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude.
