Production Tech II - 3rd Shift

Operate production packaging and process equipment on the 3rd shift to support the production schedule while maintaining throughput, quality, and safety expectations. Apply knowledge of departmental (and cross-department) processes, follow JES documents for your assigned line, and participate in class cleaning and plant audits. Coordinate with line leads and maintenance to resolve equipment issues, ensure smooth handoffs with other shifts, and contribute to cross-training and team development.
