Sales Associate I

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach customers while meeting individual and store sales goals. Serve as a brand ambassador through clienteling, cross-selling, and upselling, using Mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising, while maintaining brand standards and a collaborative team environment.
