Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, schedule, and report maintenance activities in coordination with store stakeholders.
  • •Develop team schedules to ensure timely execution of operational requirements.
  • •Plan periodic inspections of store assets according to maintenance plans and service agreements.
  • •Prepare maintenance operating expenses and critical maintenance requirements with Finance, and develop annual preventive maintenance plans.
