Job Summary

Own product strategy and delivery for workforce management solutions that improve content safety systems at scale. Conduct deep business and process research to create PRDs, workflows, and prototypes for 0→1 launches and iteration. Lead cross-functional initiatives across operations, engineering, and data teams, driving releases and adoption. Define KPI frameworks and use SQL-based analysis to diagnose issues and optimize workforce efficiency, completion rates, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

•Define workforce management (WFM) strategy and solutions to achieve supply-demand balance and cost objectives.
•Conduct business/process research to produce high-quality PRDs, workflows, and prototypes for 0→1 launches or iteration.
•Independently lead cross-team initiatives across ops, engineering, and data; drive releases, adoption, and iterative improvements.
•Build and maintain KPI frameworks (e.g., workforce efficiency, completion rate, cost) and use SQL and correlation analysis to diagnose issues.
•Recommend and implement optimizations based on data insights to improve risk control and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
•3+ years of product management experience, specializing in trust & safety, platform integrity, abuse prevention, or related domains.
•Familiarity with end-to-end workforce management, including demand forecasting, HC planning, scheduling algorithms, onsite, and cost management.
•Strong logical and data-driven decision making; proficient in SQL and metrics decomposition.
•Excellent cross-functional communication with a results-oriented mindset.
