Legal Counsel, Investigations

Serve as a core member of the Legal team in Washington, DC, leading generalist investigations and ethics work across a global defense prime. You will manage the full investigative lifecycle, advise leaders on risk and voluntary disclosures, and build compliance programs, policies, and internal controls. Responsibilities include engaging regulators and auditors, supporting audits and enforcement actions, and advising on data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and contract security requirements.
