Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Assist all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
  • •Adhere to HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Work flexible schedules with regular attendance and punctuality, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
  • •Bring a team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment and assist with lifting 30 pounds or more with assistance.
  • •Ability to read and understand instructions and input information on computer/register screens.
