Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead large complex end-to-end IT initiatives as a Technical Program Manager.
  • •Coordinate teams across Product, Product Development, and Infrastructure Engineering domains (compute, storage, database, network, middleware, operations).
  • •Deliver new features, products, and services to customers in the global payments and financial services marketplace.
  • •Drive program performance with uncompromising standards and principle-centered leadership.
  • •Apply program management methodologies (including lean/agile and waterfall/Scrum) to achieve on-time and on-budget results.

Key Requirements

  • •6 months of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
  • •Work experience in Program Management.
  • •Good understanding of Program Management concepts and methodologies.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of infrastructure projects for high availability and high-volume service platforms using lean/agile methodologies.
  • •Experience with Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, XP, Lean & Kanban, etc.) methodologies.
