Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage multiple Federal contracts and task orders across transition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • •Maintain accountability for program performance including technical execution, staffing, schedule, financials, deliverables, quality, risk, security, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Manage contract financial performance including revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, staffing utilization, funding, and cost control.
  • •Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, action trackers, staffing plans, risk registers, metrics, and management reports.
  • •Serve as primary management interface with Government customers and key stakeholders; lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance/retention of program personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • •7+ years of progressively responsible program, project, or operational management experience supporting FBI or other Federal Government contracts/programs.
  • •5 to 7 years of experience managing budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, profitability, staffing, and P&L responsibility.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent contracts, customers, and geographically dispersed teams.
