  • •Create and update equipment records, maintenance tasks, user profiles, and keep historical work records including parts, materials, and labor costs.
  • •Apply preventative maintenance schedules and create and track work orders.
  • •Build CMMS reports for asset activity and act as the CMMS point of contact for compliance auditors.
  • •Travel to stations nationwide to take asset inventory and train users on the CMMS system.
