Support the Executive Chef by preparing mise en place accurately and on time, maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation, and ensuring strict kitchen food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and proper labeling/storage of products, collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to sustain creativity and consistency, and provide professional guest service including complaint handling and feedback communication. Participate in briefings, training, and team activities while complying with health and safety policies and legislation.
