Job Summary

Lead delivery and client account governance for a multi-geo, multi-towered enterprise insurance account. Drive client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and margin growth while protecting current revenue and pursuing growth opportunities. Manage client relationships and risk, negotiate executable contracts delivering SLAs and “as sold” performance, and deliver P&L including forecasting. Lead transformation efforts through automation and AI adoption while coaching delivery talent and aligning sales enablement with delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of practice delivery executives and leads, driving account governance, client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and margin growth.
•Protect current revenue and support business growth by managing renewals and cultivating growth opportunities.
•Manage client relationships and relationship risk, working with client executives to identify and address issues and improve reference-ability.
•Negotiate executable contracts delivering SLAs and “as sold” financial performance; deliver P&L for an insurance account including forecasting and cost containment.
•Improve delivery productivity through innovation, automation, and delivery transformation; hire, coach, and develop talent; align sales enablement with delivery teams and support delivery-led sales initiatives.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in a delivery management role managing multi-practice accounts.
•10+ years of experience with application development, maintenance operations, and global delivery.
•5+ years of experience engaging at C-suite level.
•5+ years implementing transformation, automation, and AI.
•5+ years of P&C industry knowledge and relevant software products such as Guidewire and Duck Creek.
