Key Responsibilities

  • •Escort patients to treatment rooms and ensure comfort throughout visits.
  • •Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms before and after patient visits.
  • •Assist providers with documentation, including accurate SOAP notes.
  • •Support rehab staff with patient care and facilitate smooth patient flow between in-office treatments.
  • •Assist with advanced procedures such as IV therapies, joint and spinal injections, and regenerative esthetic procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification, or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • •Ability to escort patients and ensure comfort, with strong patient-centered skills.
  • •Critical thinking skills to determine patient order in an integrated schedule to minimize waiting time.
  • •Experience assisting providers with documentation, including accurate SOAP notes.
  • •Ability to assist with advanced procedures including IV therapies, joint and spinal injections, and regenerative esthetic procedures.
