•Lead and collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and investment professionals to build AI-based tools using structured and alternate data sources.
•Design and implement reasoning loops using LangGraph, LangChain, or AgentCore to create dynamic, goal-oriented agents.
•Develop robust evaluation frameworks and gold-standard datasets to measure performance, faithfulness, and accuracy.
•Scale agentic AI initiatives across Invesco technology teams by building reusable patterns, prompt templates, harnesses, skills, and subagents.
•Integrate AI models into business workflows and perform systematic testing (e.g., RAG evaluation and stress testing) to meet compliance and reliability standards.

•Experience creating evaluation metrics and building datasets for model validation and testing.
