Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for the store by being present on the shop floor and acting as a brand ambassador while role-modelling Burberry behaviours.
  • •Monitor, coach, and provide feedback to the store team to deliver excellent customer experience and drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • •Maintain the luxury environment by ensuring execution and maintenance of Visual Merchandising guidelines across the store.
  • •Drive performance and growth through operational and commercial execution, including sales conversion, inventory optimization, and opportunity identification.
  • •Lead store operations excellence, including talent retention and development, succession planning, learning culture, and Health & Safety readiness via Rivo.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a luxury brand or luxury service/selling environment.
  • •Retail management experience appropriate to the role, assessed based on prior sales turnover, volume, and types/number of roles managed.
  • •Ability to navigate social media and e-commerce sites, with digital awareness and interest.
  • •Local language plus English, and awareness of local employment and retail legislation.
