Dealership Service Advisor - Vernon Ford

Schedule service appointments and act as the customer point of contact in the service department. Provide friendly greetings, accurate written labor/parts estimates, and promised completion times, while monitoring repair progress and managing updates to customers. Sell additional needed service, advise on vehicle care, and maintain dealership efficiency and productivity standards. Follow all safety policies, OSHA and hazardous waste disposal regulations, and obtain authorization for extra repairs.
