Support the CEO and leadership team by tackling the company’s highest-leverage strategic and operational priorities with autonomy and speed. Act as a force multiplier—aligning quickly on principles, building a “mental model” of the CEO, and proactively unblocking decisions. Partner across the organization in a detail-oriented way, using strong judgment, follow-through, and organizational systems to drive execution in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the CEO and leadership team on the company’s highest-leverage strategic and operational challenges.
•Execute priority initiatives with high autonomy and a bias for action.
•Align on principles and use a “branch-predict” approach to anticipate needs and unblock decisions.
•Work directly with the CEO to build context and quickly answer or route key questions.
•Drive execution through detailed planning, follow-through, and organized operational rhythms.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually
