Ensure guest safety and comfort at the venue by greeting patrons, scanning and verifying tickets, answering questions, and helping guests find seats. Maintain venue cleanliness and organization, address guest complaints, and assist guests with special needs. Support emergency guidance and restricted-area credential checks when needed, participate in venue recycling efforts, and help close down the venue after shows.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests and scan guest tickets upon entry while verifying authenticity.
•Answer guest questions and assist patrons with locating seats and directions inside or outside the venue.
•Help keep the venue safe, clean, and presentable for guests.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and assist guests with special needs, including seat accommodations.
•Participate in recycling efforts, help guide guests to exits during emergencies, and assist with end-of-show venue closeout tasks as requested.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Strong teamwork and ability to execute programs.
•Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
