Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Service our customers across countries and timezones with fast, accurate, and useful responses via email and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•Train and delight customers by booking one-to-one sessions and coaching clinicians to derive full value from Heidi, while proactively addressing potential issues.
•Support the wider team by sharing learnings and handling repeatable admin requests to free senior CSMs for higher-value work.
•Help build the service motion by contributing ideas and testing approaches to maintain proactive, high-quality service.
•Stay open-minded and collaborative to shape how the CS team works and continuously improve customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Clinical background or experience in a clinic or hospital, understanding time pressure and administrative burden.
