•Support Project Manager and Senior Project Manager on field operations and project delivery
•Lead field validation of telecom design, identify conflicts, and coordinate with CM/PM/customer for RFIs and resolution
•Maintain redline/as-built drawings and project records, ensuring drawings and specifications are up-to-date
•Coordinate with field operations, subcontractors, and customer to ensure materials, equipment, and timelines meet project requirements
•Prepare and maintain dashboards and tracking systems to drive real-time visibility into task progress and productivity

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
•Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry in a similar role
•Proven ability to read plans and specifications and perform field validation with design documents
•Preferred OSHA-30 Hour certification (must be obtained within first six months if not certified at time of hire)
•Preferred BICSI TECH certification
