Use an auto-dialer to place high-volume calls, build trust, educate patients about at-home ordered services, and book appointments. Learn partner care models, collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless experiences, and escalate issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and follow up on inbound requests from existing outreach campaigns.
•Use deep prospecting to outreach patients in a personalized, engaging way.
•Place 150–200 outbound calls per day, talk to 80–100 patients, and book 19+ appointments daily.
•Educate patients on the importance and benefits of receiving ordered services in-home with Sprinter Health.
•Build understanding of partner care models, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and escalate questions/concerns as needed.

Key Requirements

•Ability to work Eastern Time (EDT).
•At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, including at least 1 year in the healthcare industry.

•Experience managing multiple communication channels, plus preferred experience with Zendesk and Five9.
