Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and follow up on inbound requests from existing outreach campaigns.
  • •Use deep prospecting to outreach patients in a personalized, engaging way.
  • •Place 150–200 outbound calls per day, talk to 80–100 patients, and book 19+ appointments daily.
  • •Educate patients on the importance and benefits of receiving ordered services in-home with Sprinter Health.
  • •Build understanding of partner care models, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and escalate questions/concerns as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work Eastern Time (EDT).
  • •At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, including at least 1 year in the healthcare industry.
  • •Proficiency using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and explain information to customers.
  • •Experience managing multiple communication channels, plus preferred experience with Zendesk and Five9.
