Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the molding and printing quality inspection/testing program to ensure required inspections and that finished goods meet acceptance criteria.
  • •Ensure adequate working conditions and appropriate quality equipment and supplies.
  • •Report deviations/anomalies to the proper level in Quality and Production.
  • •Oversee NCMR (C-Pro) integrity and material transactions/production holds for accuracy, documentation, labeling, completion, and prompt disposition.
  • •Support ISO 9001 and SQF programs and supervise/manage direct reports (training, planning, assigning, and directing work).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and at least three years in a quality-related position.
  • •Strong understanding of SPC and strong experience with ISO.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • •Experience with GMPs and familiarity with organizations such as ASI and AIB/SQF.
  • •ASQ certification is a plus; college degree preferred; must be able to work in protective clothing in a noisy manufacturing environment.
