Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Analyze malfunctions and perform overhaul, repair, and service on combat vehicles and heavy equipment at field and sustainment maintenance levels. Ensure work meets technical manual/ETM and local SOP standards, complete inspections for work orders, and verify proper use of tools, materials, equipment, and supplies. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, interpret electrical/hydraulic schematics, and repair a wide range of heavy equipment including forklifts, loaders, excavators, and VAC trucks.
