Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate E&I activities with Project Management Team and other disciplines (subcontracts, procurement, engineering, QAS, planning, offshore) throughout project phases.
  • •Execute the project per company QAS procedures and HSE requirements, meeting schedule and estimated budget.
  • •Prepare and input yard, offshore, and onsite construction schedules and lists of subcontracted works and construction deliverables (e.g., installation procedure, inspection & test plan).
  • •Follow up on client approvals for drawings/documents, review sub-contractor/vendor submissions, and ensure timely mobilization and manpower resources.
  • •Lead site and yard execution: monitor progress, adjust schedules for delays/priorities, manage variation proposals and job instructions, and oversee FAT closeout, invoices, and final documentation/as-built submissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, instrumentation, or E&C from an accredited university (full time).
  • •12 years of construction experience in Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom fields in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Ability to lead a team of site and yard engineers and coordinate across PMT, construction, offshore operations, and stakeholders.
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills, with exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • •Working knowledge of E&I project execution, schedules, subcontracting deliverables, and HSE standards; PMP is a plus.
