Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate strategic objectives into an executable roadmap and maintain focus on critical path delivery.
  • •Own end-to-end program delivery for the joint venture technology transformation, including outcomes, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall success.
  • •Oversee delivery, integration, migration, and deployment of trading and post-trade platforms, risk and finance systems, data services, and supporting infrastructure for Day 1 launch.
  • •Drive accountability across workstream leads and partner across technology, business, control functions, and external stakeholders to deliver on schedule.
  • •Partner with senior executives, provide concise actionable reporting, and anticipate/mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery quality and outcomes.
