Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in identifying operational risks throughout business processes and systems, in collaboration with business process owners.
  • •Facilitate BU performance of risk assessments to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • •Support control monitoring (supplemental to BU process owners testing), compile risk trends/activities/events, and maintain risk dashboards and KRIs.
  • •Proactively identify areas of high risk for intervention using independent quality assurance and vertical process testing, then support thematic reporting on risk levels, trends, causes.
  • •Categorize controls and map them against risks and processes (including cross-BU process-control mapping), and update risk profiles/registers and share insights enterprise-wide.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in operational risk management within Risk and/or Internal Audit, including lifecycle activities.
  • •Experience with project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Experience in process governance and understanding processes aligned with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios.
  • •Ability to support independent control monitoring and help identify control improvements.
