Drive store sales goals by delivering an authentic ALO experience through product education and genuine customer connection. Build daily client relationships, provide a friendly and easy shopping environment, and resolve customer needs effectively. Help lead ALO’s Flow initiatives, ensure sales floor coverage, support store execution through shipment processing and visual merchandising, and follow front- and back-of-house policies. Bring strong product knowledge across features, fabric, usage, design, and care.
