Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assigned sourcing projects from market analysis and RFx through risk assessment, due diligence, negotiations, contract execution, and purchase order management.
  • •Perform tactical (BAU) procurement activities within defined frameworks and guidelines.
  • •Support supplier risk assessment and due diligence, and evaluate supplier capabilities, cost structure, risks, and ongoing performance.
  • •Develop and maintain supplier scorecards/ratings; issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • •Review/redline contracts/order forms and work with AP and suppliers to resolve invoice/payment issues.
