Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and manage an hourly workforce by assessing performance, providing feedback, resolving conflicts, and addressing repeat issues with corrective actions or performance improvement plans.
  • •Monitor and improve logistics operations to maintain a safe work environment with the goal of zero OSHA recordable events annually.
  • •Manage incoming acceptance, storing, and issuing of parts, details, and hardware into inventory, including cycle counting and FIFO/shelf-life storage procedures.
  • •Lead cost-saving opportunities by identifying internal and external cost reductions and optimization opportunities.
  • •Supervise local shipping and receiving and coordinate point-to-point movements, while driving logistics continuous improvement projects and managing timekeeping records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing; or 4+ years in lieu of a degree.
  • •2+ years of materials management/supply chain experience with an understanding of inventory and manufacturing operations.
  • •5+ years of experience working with ERP/inventory management software.
  • •Experience working with material requirements planning (MRP) systems.
  • •Ability to lead and manage an hourly workforce, including performance feedback and corrective actions.
