Job Summary

Advise on and manage financial supervisory authority matters and regulatory filings for KKR transactions and executive appointments across global jurisdictions. Own end-to-end regulatory submission processes, ensuring timely and accurate filings while maintaining comprehensive records. Serve as a central point for legal and regulatory coordination, tracking regulated entities and helping interpret regulatory obligations. Coordinate with Legal & Compliance, Finance, deal teams, external counsel, and third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise on and manage financial regulatory matters and filings for KKR transactions and executive appointments/changes across global jurisdictions.
•Lead end-to-end filing preparation and submission processes in line with established procedures, ensuring steps are completed accurately and on schedule.
•Maintain documentation and records systems for regulatory advice and filing activity.
•Track and monitor regulated entities, interpreting potential regulatory obligations related to organisational changes, personnel changes, and appointments.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to keep information current for antitrust, FDI, and financial supervisory regulators.

Key Requirements

•7+ years post-qualification experience advising on financial services regulation and/or working with regulated entities in a law firm, in-house legal, or regulatory compliance environment.
•Experience managing complex, multi-party processes coordinating across internal teams, external counsel, and regulatory authorities.
•Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines.
•Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in work product.
•Qualified lawyer with a current practising certificate (or eligibility) and admission as a solicitor, barrister, or attorney (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent).
