Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Project Managers with client relations, expectations, and technical clarifications related to landscape design deliverables.
  • •Conduct site surveys, inspections, and investigations as needed; collect and organize project data (e.g., climate, soil, water sources, local species, natural hazards).
  • •Develop alternative landscape design options and refine selected options through preliminary and final detailed designs, including required drawings and graphical materials.
  • •Prepare comprehensive technical reports (e.g., soft scape components, irrigation systems, and cost estimates) and develop landscape tendering documents in coordination with Quantity Surveying.
  • •Support tender and supervision phases by responding to bid queries, evaluating bids, resolving design conflicts, reviewing shop drawings, and validating deliverables with clients and authorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
  • •2+ years of industry experience in landscape design.
  • •2+ years of experience in landscaping design in a top-tier regional/multinational engineering consultancy or boutique landscaping firm.
  • •Good knowledge of horticulture and irrigation.
  • •Strong graphic design, analytical/problem-solving, and communication/presentation skills; Arabic is an advantage.
