Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and run UK Risk Management Committee(s) and the secretariat function, including scheduling, agenda management, and circulating materials.
  • •Take and circulate meeting minutes and register, track, and monitor actions arising from meetings and other governance forums.
  • •Monitor and report on committee attendance and performance against terms of reference, including periodic effectiveness reviews.
  • •Support successful escalation of risks to BRC, Board, and IRMC, and assist the ILE Chief Risk Officer in oversight duties aligned to risk governance policies.
  • •Coordinate with the Board Secretariat team to ensure UK risk governance aligns with Board and sub-committee timelines.
