Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with system compliance, auditing, and security plan development for classified computing environments.
  • •Deliver information systems security education and awareness.
  • •Investigate information system security violations and prepare reports with corrective and preventative actions.
  • •Interface with ISSOs and ISSMs and collaborate with facility security, program personnel, and government representatives.
  • •Assist with security sustainment activities such as hardware/software change management, account management, media protection, and file transfers.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • •Experience in cybersecurity, systems security, or hardening, or Information Technology.
  • •Compliance-based auditing experience using frameworks and manuals such as RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, and NISPOM (plus examples like FAA, PCI, ISO 9001, or HIPAA).
  • •Experience working with computer technologies such as databases, operating systems, computer network hardware, software programs, and troubleshooting/electronics.
  • •Must meet SkillBridge eligibility requirements, including DoD Instruction 1322.29 eligibility and projected honorable discharge.
