Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy, planning, and execution for corporate meetings, sales meetings, executive events, customer experiences, internal events, and experiential activations.
  • •Ensure operational excellence end to end, proactively identifying risks and removing barriers that impact delivery.
  • •Oversee a large vendor and partner ecosystem (25+ vendors) with contract, performance, scalability, accountability, and cost-efficiency focus.
  • •Own event budget planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and negotiation/management of complex venue, hotel, production, agency, and supplier contracts while mitigating risk.
  • •Select, implement, and optimize event technologies (registration, attendee management, floor planning, event applications, reporting, virtual platforms, engagement tools) and lead governance for an Events Center of Excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in corporate event management, experiential marketing, hospitality, event operations, or related disciplines.
  • •5+ years of people leadership experience managing teams, large-scale programs, and budgets with external partners.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale corporate, executive, customer-facing, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • •Experience with budgeting/forecasting, procurement, contract negotiation, event technology platforms, and vendor/agency management.
