Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
  • •Ensure every position is filled before production line start-up; oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to support ergonomics.
  • •Oversee processing operations and ensure machinery is performing to the highest standard possible.
  • •Ensure all workstations have passed USDA Inspection and promote safety through daily efforts and monthly safety meetings.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding; keep records of reworked or returned product and provide continuous quality education.
