Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute the strategic partner plan for Trend AI in Korea, including partner selection, joint value proposition, and revenue targets.
  • •Build and manage executive-level relationships with strategic partners across sales, technical, and business development organizations.
  • •Develop joint go-to-market propositions combining Trend’s AI security capabilities with partner platforms, services, and industry expertise.
  • •Drive co-sell motions by building joint pipeline, aligning account plans, and working opportunities through to close with direct and partner sales teams.
  • •Establish and run regular partner business reviews with KPIs (pipeline contribution, closed revenue, technical enablement, and joint marketing execution).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of sales, business development, or partner management experience in enterprise IT, including at least 4 years in strategic partnership, alliance, or channel leadership.
  • •Track record building and monetising strategic partnerships in Korea, ideally with major SIs, telecommunications providers, or cloud partners.
  • •Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market; working knowledge of AI and machine learning applied to enterprise security is highly desirable.
  • •Ability to build credibility and influence at senior/executive levels internally and with partner organizations.
  • •Fluent Korean and professional-level business English; ability to develop joint value propositions and go-to-market plans from concept to revenue.
