MD, Asset Based Lending

Originate, structure, and execute Asset Based Lending (ABL) transactions by generating new business volume through external channels and referral sources. Lead and pitch deal opportunities to targeted prospects, prepare written and verbal presentations for credit committees, and manage underwriting to closing/funding. Accountable for risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting within the bank’s risk appetite, while supervising junior ABL bankers and building strong market relationships across an assigned territory.
