Key Responsibilities

  • •Triage product issues to inform the product backlog.
  • •Support bug/defect testing, research, and ad-hoc analysis to support product strategy.
  • •Identify concerns and research solutions, incorporating feedback from frontline leaders into product planning.
  • •Provide quantitative and/or qualitative analysis and insights for backlog prioritization and product playbacks using product metrics.
  • •Conduct product meetings and tracking/analysis reports, reporting progress, issues, and risks; review test data, test plan, and test scenarios; develop and maintain business rules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, aviation management, communications, or related fields.
  • •2+ years of relevant work experience.
