Job Summary

Consult clients independently on SAP S/4HANA transformation and rollout projects, creating future-proof process and solution concepts. You will steer project and subproject teams, ensure end-to-end success across the full project lifecycle, and analyze, design, and optimize business processes for modern SAP S/4HANA landscapes. Coordinate collaboration between business, IT, and stakeholders, support project leadership, and contribute expertise to transformation programs, customer development, and presales.

•Advise customers independently on SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects and develop process/solution concepts.
•Provide functional steering for project and subproject teams and ensure successful delivery across the full project lifecycle.
•Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end business processes and support their implementation in modern SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
•Coordinate collaboration between business units, IT, and other stakeholders and support project leadership on complex transformations.
•Apply your expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, customer development, and presales activities to help build long-term customer relationships.

Key Requirements

•Several years of experience as an SAP logistics or process consultant in SAP implementation, transformation, or optimization projects.
•In-depth knowledge of at least two SAP logistics modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, EWM, PM, PS, VC) plus understanding of adjacent FI/CO processes.
•Experience managing projects or subprojects and applying structured stakeholder and requirements management.
•Strong knowledge of the conception and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions with understanding of business contexts and end-to-end processes.
•Strong communication and customer orientation, analytical thinking, and excellent German and English skills.
