Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide design engineering services for turnkey projects across the project lifecycle, including high- and medium-voltage substations.
  • •Guide teams of designers and discipline engineers to create complete electrical and civil design packages.
  • •Lead design deliverables to maintain schedule, design budget, design accuracy, and submittal completeness with the broader execution team.
  • •Participate in site walkdowns for proposals and develop engineering estimates to support scope and budget.
  • •Lead and mentor other engineers; develop and review technical documents and submit to customer-required background and drug screenings.

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS in engineering with at least 3 years of electrical engineering or electrical design experience, or an AS in Engineering with at least 7 years of experience (or 10+ years experience in lieu of degree).
  • •Ability to lead medium/high-voltage designs for substations and MV power distribution.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) qualification.
  • •Working knowledge of NERC/FERC, NESC, NEC, ANSI, and NETA.
  • •Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
