Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage alerts and updates in the material call-off process, including rescheduling, coverage issues, and short reporting.
  • •Oversee ordering workflow from requisitions to purchase orders, including issuing orders, tracking confirmations, and reviewing daily metrics.
  • •Coordinate internal and external communication via SAP and digital channels, including tolling/subcontracting dispatch and component detail updates.
  • •Monitor supplier OTIF performance, maintain failure codes, escalate issues, and participate in OTIF investigations and corrective actions.
  • •Identify master data update needs (including NPI-related changes), support medium-term planning, and contribute to inventory reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in material planning, logistics, procurement, or customer care.
  • •First experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or customer care; transferable skills from related roles are valued.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience beneficial but not required).
  • •Strong Excel skills; familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish.
