Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain a 12–18 month SRE technical vision and roadmap for Mexico City, sequencing investments and aligning execution across teams.
•Drive reliability transformation by establishing SLOs, error budgets, severity frameworks, and operational standards for settlement, observability, and automation.
•Pioneer AI and agentic automation approaches to build solutions for alert classification, runbook generation, automated remediation, and incident analysis using Claude Code and LLM frameworks.
•Serve as the senior escalation point for complex production incidents, diagnosing cascading failures across distributed systems and ensuring durable fixes.
•Architect high-risk operational automation (e.g., certificate rotation, compliance artifact generation, settlement cycle validation) and mentor engineers through design reviews and engineering standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and professional English fluency.
•8+ years of experience in SRE, production operations, or reliability engineering, plus DevOps engineering experience.
•8+ years of experience with Java, Python, or Go.
•6+ years of experience with cloud native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•5+ years with container orchestration (Docker or Kubernetes) and Shell/Bash scripting, plus 5+ years of Unix/Linux administration.
