Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute Level 4+ corrective and preventive maintenance on complex industrial assets while following all HSE rules.
  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on automated and electrical systems and implement lasting technical solutions.
  • •Supervise and guide industrial maintenance operators during complex system maintenance activities and technical interventions.
  • •Manage Work Orders in the CMMS (accurate entry, tracking, and timely closure).
  • •Contribute to maintainability and reliability analyses (including Pareto, cost tracking, and RCM) and provide diagnostic feedback to meet MTTR objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior Technical Degree (FP II) in Industrial Maintenance/Automation/Robotics.
  • •Proven experience in Level 4+ industrial maintenance and troubleshooting complex automated systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Deep understanding of automation and electrical systems, with experience using CMMS tools (SAP).
  • •Familiarity with maintenance methodologies including RCM and Pareto analyses.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills plus leadership and communication abilities to guide operators and collaborate cross-functionally.
