Field Tech Senior Specialist

Supervise a medium-sized field service team and/or supplier relationships while driving accurate financial tracking and reporting tied to DWS/DLS motions. Lead analytics and validate financial totals, reconcile Salesforce (SFDC) IDs to ensure correct opportunity-to-result linkage, and handle missing or misaligned IDs with proper justifications. Set performance expectations, monitor accountability, coach and mentor team members, and partner with leadership to improve processes and system alignment.
