Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the relationship with the ERP implementation vendor across Finance, HRMS, Projects, and CRM modules
  • •Drive BRD development, UAT cycles, documentation, and go-live readiness
  • •Manage the ERP roadmap beyond initial implementation (Procurement, Resource Allocation, Reporting)
  • •Oversee Microsoft 365 / SharePoint environment and Azure integrations
  • •Manage Slack workspace administration and integrations

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in IT management or similar role, preferably in a professional services / consulting environment
  • •ERPNext / Frappe experience strongly preferred; other ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) considered
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Azure AD, app registrations)
  • •Experience managing external vendors on time-and-material or retainer contracts
  • •Familiarity with project management tools and consulting workflows
