Job Summary

The IT Manager oversees day-to-day tech operations, managing internal support, vendor relationships, and product delivery across a growing consulting firm. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, own ERP/CRM and cloud tooling, ensure GDPR/compliance, and contribute to strategic planning and OKRs with the Director of Technology.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the relationship with the ERP implementation vendor across Finance, HRMS, Projects, and CRM modules
•Drive BRD development, UAT cycles, documentation, and go-live readiness
•Manage the ERP roadmap beyond initial implementation (Procurement, Resource Allocation, Reporting)
•Oversee Microsoft 365 / SharePoint environment and Azure integrations
•Manage Slack workspace administration and integrations

Key Requirements

•5+ years in IT management or similar role, preferably in a professional services / consulting environment
•ERPNext / Frappe experience strongly preferred; other ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) considered
•Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Azure AD, app registrations)
•Experience managing external vendors on time-and-material or retainer contracts
•Familiarity with project management tools and consulting workflows
