Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Review MEP calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation across HVAC, electrical power distribution, fire protection, plumbing/drainage, and BMS.
  • •Provide technical oversight of MEP solutions for safety, energy efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
  • •Identify MEP-related risks and recommend mitigation measures; oversee commissioning readiness and testing/handover requirements.
  • •Coordinate MEP design interfaces with architectural, structural, and airport-systems disciplines and support resolution of technical design issues across EPC/PMC contractors.
  • •Support SPV technical support, including design reviews/workshops and reviewing tenant/concession fit-out designs for compliance; support sustainability and performance targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •Professional accreditation/chartership (e.g., CIBSE, IET or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • •Minimum 12–15 years of MEP engineering experience in large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of international MEP codes, standards, and airport-specific systems requirements.
  • •Experience coordinating MEP design with architectural, structural, and specialist airport systems, and working with EPC/PMC teams and consultants.
