Associate Manager, Community - Coachtopia

Support the execution and evolution of Coachtopia’s global community and creator strategy by building authentic relationships with creators and community partners. Manage day-to-day creator and community initiatives from identification and outreach through briefing, launch, and recap, including storytelling and UGC opportunities. Partner cross-functionally across marketing and other teams to ensure aligned messaging, manage influencer/creator agency relationships, track budgets and KPIs, and deliver post-campaign reporting and actionable insights.
