Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inclusion and changes of client pricelists and medical networks in the client scheme and database system.
  • •Communicate with payers to clarify prices and coordinate with internal stakeholders for related inquiries.
  • •Maintain high-quality pricelist and network outputs to meet client service standards and avoid claims leakage.
  • •Issue daily or periodic performance reports.
  • •Handle complex requirements including new enhancements and maintain accurate activity records for internal and external review.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; medical background is a plus.
  • •2+ years of experience in TPA Hospitals or exposure to medical centers.
  • •Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) plus general internet navigation and research skills.
  • •Physically fit to carry out duties.
  • •Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
