Key Requirements

  • •PhD in Chemical Engineering with 5+ years of modeling, process simulation, process development, or reaction engineering experience.
  • •Alternatively, a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields with 5-10 years of R&D/process technology/digital solutions/technical services experience.
  • •Experience in refining, petrochemical, hydroprocessing, hydrotreating, or catalytic reaction systems.
  • •Strong understanding of reaction engineering, process fundamentals, and refinery operations.
  • •Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, Aspen Plus, Unisim, and equivalent tools, plus statistical/regression methods for process data analytics.
