Job Summary

Own and grow a portfolio of Securities Services clients by driving retention, client satisfaction, and strong senior engagement. Coordinate daily checks on impacted Legal Entity Booking Instances (LEBIs), manage issues across products and jurisdictions, and execute service improvement and governance. Produce management information reporting, support customer due diligence for KYC renewal, and help with contracting, reconciliation, and client repository/CSEM processes. Serve as a core relationship touchpoint for a select client base.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive client retention by working with product management, service delivery, and client management to ensure high client satisfaction and reference-ability.
•Create and maintain detailed client plans, including mapping organizational structures and key contact points.
•Ensure proactive management of issues across products and jurisdictions, directing resources and capturing/driving service improvement and change management priorities.
•Produce monthly management information reporting and support KYC renewal efforts with the customer due diligence team.
•Support contracting and data quality by establishing contracting parties to new accounts in source systems and performing reconciliation for terminated fund records.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in Securities Services and client management, with business implementation/change and/or business development and/or senior operational leadership experience.
•Client-facing with excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead and manage meetings.
•Track record maintaining and retaining client relationships across Securities Services products and the ability to help execute departmental strategy.
•Understanding of core commercial and contractual drivers and business performance.
•Fully proficient understanding of regulations governing client management, with sound knowledge of controls and risk management/mitigation techniques.
